The Pickle Palette

Our Pickle Palette pays homage to the canning craze of the locavore movement that is gaining ground in our neighborhoods. CLAY .02 is the burnt orange that is illuminated through the glass jars of pickled carrots, LEAF .04 reflects the perfect "pickle green", WATER .02 reminds us of the water that quenched these veggies throughout the summer, and AIR .02 grounds the palette, reminiscent of the garlic cloves that are the foundation for flavor in our jars.
