The Color of Figs, by YO

Last year we planted a small fig tree in our yard and this year we already have a good crop.  Figs have turned into one of my favorites from the harvest and our little tree can’t produce enough.  The shape and color makes their delicate taste even more appealing.

Here is some of the harvest in a Clay .06 Heath bowl sitting on a Petal .04 sample.

I have been cutting the figs open and baking them at 350 with a little blue cheese and walnuts– SO GOOD!
